Much to the joy of the many Indonesians living in Langkawi, the popular restaurant chain Ojo Lali recently opened also in Kuah. With white chairs, dark brown tables and pink accessories, the eatery has a fresh look and is meticulously clean. The service is fast and menu streamlined - making it simple to put together your order.  

Ojo Lali specializes in the traditional ayam penyet – a chicken that is hammered flat to make the meat especially tender. Among other favorites is oxtail soup, steam boat, or a grilled banana topped with chocolate rice and cheddar cheese. An unusual toppings combination? One more reason to try!
