In response to the numerous ticket requests for its fundraising Ball on 3 March, The Charity Club Langkawi is now taking advance reservations.
Requests, preferably by email - langkawicharity@gmail.com - should include name, contact number, number of tickets required and the price per person. All reservation requests will be confirmed by email and tickets will be issued early in February upon full payment.
Tickets are non refundable, but transferable. A Programme for the evening will accompany the tickets. The Ball starts with a Welcome Mocktail courtesy of The Westin Resort & Spa.
During the reception guests will have the opportunity to purchase coupons for drinks and browse the exciting Live Auction, Silent Auction and Raffle items. Ticket prices per person are RM 150 and for guests wishing to be nearer the stage tickets are priced at RM 220 with limited VIP tickets at RM 300, even closer to the stage.
Other than the RM 300 tickets which are only available as a table of ten persons, RM 150 and RM 220 tickets can be reserved individually or as tables. On the night, tables of ten will be reserved for guests, with free seating for individual ticketholders.
As already confirmed, Ning Baizura will be singing for guests after dinner and details of the other entertainment will follow shortly.
