'Out of Stock-Ness'... includes Pharmacies !
If something is 'out of stock', this is a completely normal fact of life here (very different from where I come from, Switzerland).
So don't blame the business.
This also applies to pharmacies.
Provision yourself with what you can get, when you can get it, in a large enough quantity to survive the next 'out of stockness'.
In a medical emergency I would go straight to the main hospital.
