where is Tony Fernandez?

I'm all for a good "bargain", but Air Asia out of KL is a nightmare. I sat for over an hour in KL looking at the Langkawi sign only to be told that the flight had left...AND that "they" had over head paged me...I never saw any staff at the gate and I sure as heck did not hear my very obvious name being called overhead. They had time to take ALL my luggage off the plane but no one had time to maybe come to the actual gate and make an announcement. But wait! there's more! They also left a family of 10 AND took their luggage off the plane as well. Scratch my head...hmmm...11 people from 2 different groups missing? Sadly Air Asia also left those 10 people's luggage in KL when we all took the next flight to Langkawi. I had just flown through 3 different countries with no problem...AND there was no one to offer help or even show the least bit of concern. Letters of complaint go unanswered. Air Asia in Langkawi, however are great!Just watch your time line in KL, it can be tricky. Just a tip...And yes I will still fly with this very comfortable and affordable airline....
