Luxurious Brekkie at Seasonal Tastes Restaurant

On a fine Sunday morning, me and Joe went to Seasonal Tastes Restaurant in The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa for a luxurious breakfast. Why 'luxurious'? Because they serve free-flow of sparkling wine. For breakfast! How cool is that?!
Seasonal Tastes Restaurant is a stylish and modern buffet eaterie. We chose to be seated by the full-length window, where we could overlook the swimming pools and the beautiful view of the Andaman Sea.
I had a cup of coffee to kick-start my day.
Assorted cheeses that went really well with bread or crackers.
There were a variety of pastries and bread such as French loaf, rye bread, sourdough, danish bread and a few others. I was overwhelmed with excitement when I saw these abundant supply of bread.
Free flow of sparkling wine! Not many hotels serve champagne for breakfast, I guess and I bet The Westin Langkawi Resort & Spa is the only hotel that does so in Langkawi.

The egg corner, where you can request the chef how you want your eggs to be done: Omelet, sunny side-up or scrambled. There are a few ingredients for you to choose from to be mixed with your eggs: Capsicums, ham, cheese, chillis, tomatoes and onions.
The pancake corner. You can get your freshly made pancakes, crepes or waffles here. To make your pancakes, crepes or waffles even more exciting, you can add some toppings like blueberry, raspberry, chocolate rice, orange butter, whipped cream, icing sugar, chocolate sauce and many more.
Freshly prepared sugar-free blueberry smoothie. A great healthy drink for a wholesome breakfast.
My first plate of food, which consisted of toasted bread, sausage, omelet, and baked potatoes. I loved the buttery taste of margarine on my bread, not to mention the fluffy omelet with melted cheese. Mmm~
This was a pretty rich waffle I had. A thick spread of orange butter, topped with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and chocolate chips. It was sinfully delicious!
I feel like home everytime I dine at Seasonal Tastes Restaurant. Extravagant food, great company and excellent service. Thanks a million, Joe for such a heavenly breakfast!
