Translated into English, Damai Indah means ‘Peace and Beauty’. And both boats, the Damai Indah and her recent sister Damai Indah Lagi, certainly live up to this poetic name. Lovingly restored, the interior of the spacious boats is made of rustic teakwood. With maroon cushions, crystal wine glasses, exquisite orchids and plush hand towels, Damai Indah’s cruises have style and class. 

Being the only operator in the marina, guest can board the boat directly from the dock, saving themselves the hassle of transferring from a dinghy, which is especially appreciated by older passengers and families with kids. While other charters explore the southern islands of the Langkawi Archipelago, Damai Indah cruises take you to the north east coast to Pulau Timun, famous for the clearest and jellyfish-free water.

Enjoying the spectacular view of lime-stone cliffs and tiny islands covered with lush foliage, the ship anchors in the afternoon on an idyllic spot, providing the opportunity to explore the dreamlike area with kayak or the motorized dinghy, or swim to a deserted beach close by. Owned by Eva, the only female captain in Langkawi, guests not only enjoy Western quality standards but also exquisite lunch and dinner buffet personally prepared from fresh ingredients directly on board.
